I believe there’s always a way to improve any software. any app, game, machine or user interface you’ve ever used can be made better.
Through careful research, intuition, and thorough testing, you can arrive at solutions that will greatly benefit the end user.
10 years in the customer service industry I believe gives me a unique perspective on how to tackle design problems. Attending to people’s needs, finding what works for the individual as well as the group, and creating ways in which to implement those ideas are all a part of all the things you need to be a UX/UI designer.
My foundation is originally in graphic design, and with the passage of time has become UX/UI design, and has made a fit for since. I’m versed in the Figma platform, and continue to learn and grow as I complete and more projects.
